Women Imaging

NHS Diagnostics

Each examination is provided with great precision and accuracy at NHS Diagnostics’ facility, using leading technology. Women’s Imaging at NHS Diagnostics comprises a comprehensive panel of diagnostic procedures that form the core of interesting health needs for women. Mammography is part of our broad range of Women’s Imaging services, adding to the necessary comprehensive picture relative to abnormalities of the breasts during their early detection.

We also provide TruCut Breast Biopsy, a special procedure for tissue sampling to be sent for further analysis, which helps in the accurate diagnosis of breast conditions. Abdominal and transvaginal ultrasound examinations are also part of our Women’s Imaging services. These studies provide great detail of pelvic and abdominal structures and help diagnose and follow gynecological and reproductive disorders.

Tests are run on follicles to assess and follow up with ovaries on menstrual cycles, which in turn can help in checking fertility. A very important other modality to our women’s imaging services includes HSG. It gives critical details about the uterus and the tubes. This study is very necessary in diagnosing all types of problems related to fertility and other issues concerning a woman’s health.
